A space where your body is truly heard.
What is Tattsa
Where Stillness Begins to Heal
Tattsa is a sanctuary for quiet transformation.
Through subtle, powerful practices like Craniosacral work, energy attunement, fascial release, flower essences, and intuitive listening we support the body’s natural capacity to unwind, rebalance, and restore.
Nothing here is rushed. Nothing forced.
Just space, presence, and a deep trust in the body’s intelligence.
What is Tattsa
Softness is a Strength
We believe strength doesn’t mean bracing it means grounding.
And softness doesn’t mean fragility it means openness.
At Tattsa, we help you return to this balance.
Strong spine. Soft heart. Clear mind. Open body.

Practices That Listen Before
They Act
Every session is a conversation not with words, but with sensation, breath, and stillness.
We meet the body where it is, gently supporting it in letting go of what it no longer needs be it physical tension, emotional weight, or energetic residue.
You don’t have to explain everything. Your body already knows.
The Story Behind Tattsa
Meet the Founder
He tried. He failed. He succeeded. Then he broke. That’s where this began.
Srinivas was always driven. He chose Chartered Accountancy, a respected path. He studied hard. Gave it his all.
And failed. Once. Twice. Eight times. It felt like everything he had hoped for slipped through his fingers.
Yet, he kept going, he didn’t give up
Srinivas went on to pursue an MBA in Singapore.
He entered finance, began climbing fast.
Skyscrapers. Strategy decks. Suits and deadlines.
He lived in the heart of Raffles Place, successful in every way the world recognized.
But something was missing.
Success Felt Empty.
On the surface, everything looked perfect.
Inside, he felt numb. Disconnected.
One morning, riding an escalator packed with silent faces, the thought struck: “I don’t belong here.”
That same day, he resigned — without a backup plan.
He Started Searching.
He flew to the U.S., wandered the streets of Washington D.C. and New York. Outside the New York Stock Exchange — with trillions of dollars behind him and Trinity Church ahead — he saw people sleeping on the street. That contrast haunted him.
Still restless, he kept moving. He joined EY in India, then left.
Moved to Toronto, worked in consulting. Left again.
The cycle repeated. The restlessness stayed.
And then, his body began to speak louder: pain, fatigue, a familiar backache that never left.

And Then Everything Collapsed
During COVID, the back pain returned — the same physical ache he had carried for years.
With it came silence, grief, uncertainty — now unbearable.
He tried Ayurveda. Allopathy. Nothing brought relief.
Until someone said: “Try Craniosacral Therapy.”
He walked into the session expecting nothing.
And yet, something shifted.
Not just in his back, but in his being.
He felt emotion. Space. A kind of relief.
The session didn’t fix him.
It showed him what healing could actually feel like.
Learning Through the Body
He began studying — first through his own experience, then with more than fifteen teachers across India, Europe, and the U.S.
Craniosacral Therapy. Emotional release. Fascial unwinding. Energy attunement. Stillness practices.
He explored not to master techniques, but to understand how the body carries story — and how healing happens when we stop trying to control it.
He didn’t just learn practices.
He listened — to children, to elders, to people in grief, to those in silence.

THE FOUNDING
The Birth of Tattsa
By 2021, this path had become his work.
Not to call himself a therapist. Not to claim the title of healer.
But to keep healing himself—
and in that process, to hold space for others to begin their own.
Healing is
A Living Practice
His curiosity opened doors to many traditions and approaches.
Through practice and shared experiences, he entered craniosacral therapy, fascial unwinding, Bach flower remedies, and subtle energy-based work—each encounter adding a layer of depth, each meeting leaving an imprint.
With Hugh Milne — founder and teacher of Visionary Craniosacral Work®️, and author of The Heart of Listening.
With teachers whose classes I attended at different times —each leaving a thread in the fabric of my journey, each adding a note to the practice I continue to unfold.
THE STORY BEHIND TATTSA
Tattsa emerged from a deep surrender.
From walking away from everything certain, to arriving at what is essential.
Not through force.
Not through fixing.
But through subtle, attuned presence.
Every body carries its own intelligence.
At Tattsa, we create the rare space where clarity, balance,
and trust in the body can return—even amidst the weight of responsibility.
