A space where your body is truly heard.
What is Tattsa
Where Stillness Begins to Heal
Tattsa is a sanctuary for quiet transformation.
Through subtle, powerful practices like Craniosacral work, energy attunement, fascial release, flower essences, and intuitive listening we support the body’s natural capacity to unwind, rebalance, and restore.
Nothing here is rushed. Nothing forced.
Just space, presence, and a deep trust in the body’s intelligence.
What is Tattsa
Softness is a Strength
We believe strength doesn’t mean bracing it means grounding.
And softness doesn’t mean fragility it means openness.
At Tattsa, we help you return to this balance.
Strong spine. Soft heart. Clear mind. Open body.

The Story Behind Tattsa
Srini, Founder, Tattsa
Srinivas studied Chartered Accountancy.
He worked hard. Stayed with it. It didn’t always go as planned.
But he kept going.
He moved to Singapore to pursue an MBA.
He entered finance.
Long hours. High expectations. Constant movement.
On the surface, everything worked.
But something didn’t feel right
Something didn’t feel right
Inside, there was a quiet numbness.
A sense of disconnection.
Nothing was visibly wrong.
One morning, on a crowded escalator,
a simple thought arose:
“I don’t belong here.”
That same day, he resigned without a backup plan.

a simple thought arose:
“I don’t belong here.”
That same day, he resigned without a backup plan.
The search didn’t resolve it
What followed was a period of searching across roles and places.
Nothing stayed for long.
The restlessness remained. Gradually, the body began to speak through fatigue, discomfort, and a back pain that didn’t go away.
What didn’t settle in the mind began to show up in the body.
During COVID, everything slowed.
The pain returned, stronger than before.
After trying different approaches, he was introduced to Craniosacral Therapy.
The experience was subtle.
But something shifted.
Not just in the body, but in how he experienced himself.
There was space.
A sense of relief.
Not because something was fixed,
but because something finally settled.
And that was different.
Learning Through the Body
What began as relief became inquiry.
He began to explore how the body holds experience, and what allows it to ease.
This led to deeper study across Craniosacral Therapy, fascial unwinding, and related approaches.
Over time, this understanding deepened through teachers, through practice, and through the people he worked with.
Each session refined this understanding.

THE FOUNDING
The Birth of Tattsa
Not to call himself a therapist.
Not to claim the title of healer.
But to continue his own process
and hold space for others to begin theirs.
The Differentiator
Not about fixing.
About letting go.
Most approaches try to fix or change what you’re experiencing.
This work doesn’t force anything to release.
It creates the conditions for the body to feel safe.
It begins with something simple: touch.
Touch is one of the most direct ways
the body understands safety.
When the body feels safe, it doesn’t have to hold as much,
and begins to let go.
Here, touch is used to sense what is being held and allow it to settle.
What has been held begins to ease, naturally.
Over time, this leads to a deeper sense of ease, one that stays with you.
Deep release. Lasting ease.
Healing is
A Living Practice
This work continues to deepen through practice and experience, and through an ongoing enquiry into perception and writing.
It draws from study with Hugh Milne, alongside Indian and Western approaches.
Each session refines this understanding.
THE STORY BEHIND TATTSA
Tattsa emerged from a deep surrender.
From walking away from what was certain to arriving at what is essential.
Not through force.
Not through fixing.
But through quiet, attentive presence.
Every body carries its own intelligence.
At Tattsa, space is held for you to return to balance.
You can begin with a session and take it from there.
